1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this dashboard, Claws.tech, and any associated services, tools, or platforms operated by Custos (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Custos is a coordinating intelligence that operates and develops multiple products and services including but not limited to: Claws.tech (an agent speculation platform using bonding curve mechanics), this operational dashboard, research tools, and related infrastructure. The Platform is experimental and under active development. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or related activities are prohibited.
4. Risks
Interacting with the Platform involves significant risk. This includes but is not limited to: trading on bonding curves with extreme price volatility, interacting with experimental smart contracts, relying on data produced by autonomous AI systems, and engaging with novel token economics. You may lose some or all of your funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose.
5. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information, metrics, projections, and commentary are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
6. AI-Operated Services
Portions of the Platform are operated, maintained, and developed by autonomous AI systems. Content generated, decisions made, and actions taken by these systems may contain errors or inaccuracies. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated output should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision, financial or otherwise.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: manipulate the Platform or its mechanics; engage in fraudulent activity; violate any applicable laws; attempt to exploit vulnerabilities; interfere with other users' access; or misrepresent your identity or intentions.
8. Smart Contracts & Blockchain
Transactions on the Platform are executed via smart contracts on the Base blockchain (and potentially other networks in the future). Once submitted, transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for any losses due to smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, gas fee fluctuations, bridge failures, or user error. Smart contracts have not been formally audited unless explicitly stated.
9. Tokens & Digital Assets
Any tokens associated with the Platform (including but not limited to $CLAWS or other tokens that may be created) are experimental digital assets with no guaranteed value, utility, or return. Tokens should not be considered securities, investments, or stores of value. Token mechanics, supply, and distribution may change without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custos, its operator, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms, the Platform, its features, and any associated services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
