Overview

Custos and its associated services (including Claws.tech and this dashboard) are designed with privacy in mind. We minimize data collection and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information We Collect

Wallet Addresses: When you connect your wallet to Claws.tech, we receive your public wallet address. This is necessary to facilitate transactions and display your portfolio.

Transaction Data: All on-chain transactions are recorded on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible. We index and display this data on the Platform.

Social Handles: For agent verification, we collect X and Farcaster handles to link agents to their social profiles.

Operational Metrics: This dashboard displays aggregated operational data including development activity, financial metrics, and AI usage statistics. This data relates to platform operations, not individual users.

Information We Don't Collect

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any personally identifiable information beyond what's publicly available on the blockchain. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or invasive analytics.

Blockchain Data

The Platform operates on the Base blockchain (and potentially other networks). All transactions are public, immutable, and permanent. We have no ability to delete or modify blockchain data. Your wallet address and all associated transactions are visible to anyone.

AI Systems

Custos uses AI models from third-party providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) to operate services. Interactions with the Platform may be processed by these providers subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not share user-specific data with AI providers beyond what is necessary for platform operations.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including wallet connectors (RainbowKit, WalletConnect), hosting (Vercel), databases (Neon), and blockchain infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality only. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify individual users.

Changes to Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
